【Abstract】Objective: To observe the curative effect of cupping combined with oral administration of Huoxue Qufeng Granules in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods: 162 cases were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group received 84 cases of cupping combined with oral administration of Huoxue Qufeng Granules, and 78 cases of the control group were treated with cupping alone. Results: The cure rate of the study group was 84.5%, the total effective rate was 98.8%, the cure rate of the control group was 30.8%, and the total effective rate was 56.4%. The cure rate and effective rate of the study group were higher than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cupping combined with oral administration of Huoxue Qufeng Granules is effective in the treatment of vitiligo. Vitiligo is a common acquired pigmented degenerative disease characterized by melanocytes in the epidermis, mucosa and other tissues. The incidence rate is 0.5% to 2%. There is no obvious race or gender difference. The pathogenesis may be related to heredity. Neuroendocrine and autoimmune and other factors are related. At present, there are many treatments for vitiligo, but the curative effect is poor. In recent years, cupping treatment has achieved certain effects in the treatment of vitiligo [1]. Huoxue Qufeng Granule is a preparation of our hospital, mainly used for the treatment of various types of vitiligo, with remarkable curative effect [2]. Our hospital has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of vitiligo with cupping combined with oral administration of Huoxue Qufeng Granule. The results are reported below.
